Free delivery across Australia, estimated 10-15 business days from the day you order. Here's how to follow your vest.
1. Find your tracking number
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a tracking link. Check your inbox and your spam or junk folder. You can also see your order and its status by signing in to your account.
2. Track your parcel
Click the tracking link in your email, or paste your tracking number into a free tracker like 17TRACK. It follows parcels across different couriers, which helps for international shipments.
Good to know
- Tracking can take a few days to appear. Orders are processed and handed to the courier first, so your tracking number may arrive a few days after you order.
- Updates can be slow at first. A parcel travelling a long way can show few updates for several days, then move quickly once it reaches Australia.
- Delivery times are estimates. Most orders arrive within 10-15 business days, but busy periods and customs can add time.
Haven't received your tracking number or your order?
Email us through our contact page with your order number and we'll look into it. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, we'll sort it out.
